Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Transit times will vary, but most orders arrive within 5-7 business days, excluding special orders or custom items.

Order Shipment:

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six (6) business days of your order, please email us at support@peakathleterecovery.com so we can locate your order.

No Shipping outside the USA. Additional shipping costs and extended delivery times will apply to orders being delivered to Alaska or Hawaii. Please contact us for further information about delivery to these locations.

Shipping Options

Our standard "Curbside" shipping/delivery is almost always completely free to the lower 48 states! This option usually takes between 5-7 business days to arrive after you have submitted your order and includes delivery of the item to the curb or driveway only. We also offer additional delivery options for some products. Please contact us for more information about these prior to ordering.

●      Threshold Shipping: This involves the item being brought onto your porch, or into a sheltered/garage area.

●      White Glove Delivery - this includes the item being brought into your room of choice, minor assembly of smaller items, and all boxes and packaging removed from your residence. Please keep in mind that, for saunas and other larger items, this service does not include assembly. Please contact us for more information about what specific services White Glove Delivery includes for your specific item(s) prior to placing your order.
